question on install into b13

My question is do i need to have the ignition coil bracket on for it to work, im tryin to figure out if i do or it could be my distributor. Engine cranks but wont start. Its gettin fuel i couldnt check to see if there is a spark.

If you are asking, "Do I need a coil bracket to start it up?" I'm not sure you would, as long as you are using a coil, unless the coil grounds through the bracket, which I am not sure of.

Yeah I was thinking that the coil ground is through the bracket. Can anyone confirm this please. Ill go to pick your part to find another cuase i threw min away. B13 ga16 uses the same bracket.
