I would have never had thought to cut the member and weld it if it was making such little contact. My first idea would have been to grab a BFH . Looks good !

I went with the BFH idea even though cutting the crossmember would have made for a much cleaner look. Same result. A repaint, no more vibration and the mod was free. Had to do a few test fittings to completely eliminate the vibration as the V-band was also making contact with the crossmember so a little massage there cured that issue. Rumor has it that the ASP fits perfect on a G20 as it was initially designed on that chassis and the crossmembers for the P10 & the B13 are different enough that the P10 owners I know that have the ASP are vibration free.

have had to do this on my cross member today, it was also close underneath the heater outlet on the top corner of the manifold, its gone on but is very close...

I had contact on my stock sway bar as well.

Any known issues of fitting the budget on with a Progress front sway bar?

I have installed the modified engine brace now, but the downpipe is now vibrating off the anti roll bar

Will see what I can do about it.

ok, il take a snap tonight. it wont have any adverse affects on the flow with the size of the downpipe Sam.

mines is hitting the sway bar too ...it gets annoying.
