Well, since im one of the first on here with the headers, and this chassis i'd thought i'd post up how we went about making them fit.
a) Installation was fine, I dont have air-con but we dropped the crossmember to get them in
b) They foul in 2 spots - one of the primaries on the crossmember, and also the rear flange fouls the rear engine mount
For the rear flange we just ground off a little of the flange until it cleared ok.
Crossmember took a little more work....
