guess i have to check a.b.c.and d, im not even sure how to check for a block in the cooling system, the head or block warp im not sure either, the head gasket would be awesome, and so would the crack in the head, im not even sure how to check for those either, guess a physical look, maybe a compression test,

and its not that the neck is small it has a 90 degree bend in it that makes it almost impossible to fill up properly.

the pump has another hole under it, you could check that one for leaks too.
I say replace the radiator cap. Good luck!!

haha no fans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not lol thats to danny ... but if u have done a coolant pressure test havent found any external leaks and u have been over heating the engine frequently then u might have internal engine damage ... i.e. head gasket cracked head ... if u dont smell a sweet smell in the exhaust then more then likely u have blocked coolant passage... when u open the cap is it all white and cloudy?
