GTiR ones are definitely not 37mm......... I'm not sure where you got that from.
They are 45mm I just walked out into the garage and measured them again just to make sure, and that is measured with a venier at the butterfly.

If your going to run your throttle bodies on the bottom half of the runners you'll need to run real short trumpets. A good starting length for a motor spinning to 8000-8500rpm is 350mm from valve to trumpet. There is about 100mm of port in the head, so ideally you'll want about 250mm( 10inches)of intake. Its better to be on the longer side than the shorter side though.

looks like it would go straight back into the firewall on the VE head.

turn the motor around and stick a marine crankshaft and cams in it

It's all locally developed systems. Here are some links to the 3 most popular:

Perfect Power

Dicktator

Gotech engine management systems

And I see that there is a US based agent for the last one.

a guy here in aud is running a custom set of itb's on a rwd sr16ve clubman. he made 110rwkw's. which is a big achievement considering a bog dead standard s13 sr20det will make around 90-100rwkws. However i doubt the design would fit a fwd. only cost him about $1k Australian from memory The best bang for buck itb imo is the black top 20v 4age 45mm quads

Do you have anymore info on that sr16ve clubman? I'd love to know a bit more about his ITB setup.

YouTube - SR16VE Dyno Run

There we go, jenvey 45mm DCOE style ITB's, I guess he got one of the DCOE carb manifolds and port matched it to the VE. The Jenvey DCOE style ITBS have injector bosses in them.

he actually mad up his own 90mm adapter plate for the jenveys. however he still has 13 inches from spark plug to the outer face of the throttle, so the actual itb is pretty long, dont know how much space there would be on fwd motor. He is also running ram tubes at the end too, so there is no way they would fit.

damn tough as hell car though. 480kgs with enough power to fry 10 inch wide slicks
