VVL
Just want to know how do you know the VVL is working (motor has N1's installed with cam gears). It drives, but I'm waiting on a part before I can really drive this car! So I was wondering will I feel it? When it switches over (rode in a stock intrega with V-tec and you could feel the transformation) or is it hardly noticebly? Thanks

Trust me you'll feel it.

It feels like your seats are trying to rip your pants off!

Watch the show off VE guys. lol. Thor I get tires from 1500 rpm all the way through 1 st gear, 2nd gear and part of third and im just a N/A SR20DE. so fear it, be very afraid.

yeah but, ruf 75, you might not feel it as aggressive as described above, as in the G's pulling you back in the seat, depending but you definitely just feel the car going faster quicker and you definitely can hear when VVL engages. I heard both switches on a friends car but he said he only heard one. The second and more aggressive switch.

I didnt feel a significant pull when the VVL popped but in 2 VE powered cars and I have also driven in a modified b18c powered car with a B20 lower half and did not feel a significant difference when vtec kicked in either.

I believe it. After all lack of power can easily be made up with cheap tires and aggressive driveing

I'll video tape it for you. (between me and you thou. I was running a non lsd tranny with 185/60/R14 tires.) I lost a lot of races due to that.
