Good to hear you got the 3.5".
Having any problems with couplers or did you get new ones?

cause4alarm, did you use Teflon tape when you screwed the vacuum elbow in?

Two more options for elbows:

Part Number: 4885K61
This one is exactly the same as the white nylon one but it is gray and made from Polypropylene.

Part Number: 48315K41
This one is similar to the others but sits closer to the intake tube, is dark gray, and made from PVC.

I have all three options and decided I liked the latter the best.

ohhhh snap i'm to lazy to sucribe to things, you could use tt but i used superglue just because miko had mentioned superglueing the pipes together in the first place and it was plastic on plastic.... when i get off my fat ass i'll get a few pics of the 3.5 intake on here i must say it was harder to get it to fit

also if i haven't said this already, where you trim metal to get the pipe behind the bumpercover take some vaccume line and slit it the long way and use that as a gasket/door trim type deal so the metal doesn't cut into your pipe/ silicone coupler or filter or whatever is passing through.

i've been wrist deep in sr20's for a while when do i get to be a part of the cool club?

so it's saturday morning, i got mad shit to do for monday and i'm driving out to ohio tuesday night/wednesday morning so i gotta be planning 2 weeks ahead at this point, and what am i doing taking pictures of the car.....

3.5 intake overview

other side

the best idea you are going to get of it going through fender without taking it apart(notice blue vacume line)

line to header and intake manifold

de tb with vacume port for the little line that goes to whatever emmisions crap that is

the emmisions crap of which i speak. if you squint real hard you can see my finger under the brake master cylinder pointing at the other end of the line coming from the de TB

my rig

i do have my old pc cai if anyone is interested... or maybe i'll have to just buy a ve for my b13 so i can use it on that instead...
