VVL Nood question...
I just got my SR20 wiring harness for my B14 (I'm going GA16 to SR20VE) and I'm kinda lost...

I'm trying to plug everything in, and I'm stumped on the plugs for the intake. I kept the VE injector/IACV harness on there assuming that the b14 harness would plug in, but I'm not seeing how that would work out without rewiring the b14 harness to match up. By looking at the b14 harness, it seems that the IACV is incorperated into the harness while the injectors are a plug-in harness.

Can anybody lend a helping hand and point me in the right direction for this?

TIA,

Lance

Use the B14 injector harness.
The only portion of the VE harness you use is the IACV. (Purple and brown plug I believe.)
You have to use the VE IACV plugs and replace them to the IACV portion of the B14 harness.

OK, I figured that. I'm gonna have to go pick up an injector harness. I though I'd just be able to use the VE setup, but guess not...

I take it I just have to pull the IACV/injector harness off and seperate the injector harness from the IACV portion of the harness and plug the b14 harness into it?

Get as much line from the VE harness for the IACV plugs(Makes it easier) and cut it.

Put both B14 plug and the VE plug facing the same direction(This goes for both IACV plugs).

This will show you which wire is the correct wire to connect the two as the colours may not be the same.

Cut B14 plugs and connect together(solder or crimp).
Done.
