That is all true but the stong points about the gear box are 1 and 2 listed below

1. B15 gear box has wider gears.
2. B15 gear box has stonger design ( bracing of gear stack )
3. B15 gear box has stonger case.
4. B15 gear box does not get 5th gear pop out

SER Gear Box FD ( 4.18 )

1. 3.063----12.791 = 44 MPH
2. 1.826-----7.625 = 72 MPH
3. 1.286-----5.370 = 98 MPH
4. 0.975-----4.072 = 131 MPH
5. 0.756-----3.157 = 174 MPH

SER Gear Box with ( 5.0 ) FD.

1. 3.063----15.315 = 35 MPH
2. 1.826-----9.130 = 58 MPH
3. 1.286-----6.430 = 90 MPH
4. 0.975-----4.875 = 112 MPH
5. 0.756-----3.780 = 148 MPH

The probelm with the 5.0 Final Drive is this. I am 100% sure the guys who are selling them said that the ring gear itself is designed for a Non LSD setup which has less bolt holes to bolt it down. So it is a no go for LSD gear boxes unless the guys got it made to fit a LSD unit which I am unawre of.

These guys could sell alot of the 5.0 FDs if they just have them made for LSD. I think the process would be simple.

Instead of drilling them for the less holes they just drill them for the LSD with more holes.

This would not even cost much as the drilling part of the holes to bolt it down is the last and simplest process. Nothing else changes.

Yeah, someone can talk to him about this. If he gets enough potential buyers, im sure he can do 5.0 FD for yours gearboxes.

The only thing needed to be sent would be a ring for any LSD box so that they could match up the holes.

There is a company called Houseman Motorsports or something like that, that used to make FD for SR20DE trannys.

To make that for the B15 tranny you will have to send them the Ring and Pinon

They are a Canadian Company.

I will try and see if I can find them.
