Set cam gears straight up, and looking at your dyno graph lower the vvl activation point, I would try 5k - 5.2k. If you do all this and go to 3" I wouldn't be surprised at 220whp.

I've already talked to Calum, and a computer is in the works. Not likely till after the convention though. Thus the band aid of the safc so it's driveable for the convention. I have one of Charles budget headers on the way as part of the current group buy. Once the header is in, we'll play around with the cam gears and the fuel will be adjusted. I'll be keeping the 2.5" on this car as it is a daily driver and I'm willing to give up a little to keep the sound level tolerable. My SE-R will be a different story

Yeah, we saw that on Saturday. Adjustments will be made once the Charles header is on

The ca needs to be leaned out between 4000-7000 RPMs to get a 13.5 to 1 fuel mixture.

I'll adjust the MSD today and we'll adjust the afr during the next dyno session

Can we plan all this for work for Sunday and try to hit the dyno on next Monday? Give me a call.

the day prior to testing my fuji vs snickers' budget header yesterday, i adjusted my cs cam gears from the +5/-5 to +2/-5.
on the 45 mile freeway drive to the dyno i took advantage of several "opportunities" to get a sotp feel of the new power band.
the dynojet confirmed my butt dyno readings. the gears are now set to +5/-6 which resulted in more torque/hp from 2.5k to 7k and virtually identical from 7k to 8k. this was with the budget header bolted up.
my butt dyno also approves of this setting, on my car, with the fuji in place.

switching the cams at 5200 rpm is the best point...just where it start looking like it wants to level off in power......

thats pretty good power for what your working with. i dynoed at about 195whp with about the same mods, once i got a proper header i gained over 10whp. im sure you will see over 205whp with a tune and one of charles headers...
