That's the 89/90 240sx SE lip.

On a scale of 1-10 how does it fit in your opinion and was there alot of work to be done to get it to line up.

I'd say it fits like an 8, 10 being OEM.

I would line it up and drill slight horizontal slots for the bolts. That way you can bolt it up loosely then "message" the contour from the middle to the outside.

Then the part the bolts to the wheel well will require like 1/8" collar or something.

Depending on how much time you take, you can get it to fit almost flush everywhere.

If you just do it once without "working it" you might end up with 1/8" gaps on the corners.

That's one of Serban's ittybitty batteries over there; made room for the Digital 6+ and an 8207. The single cam switch (8969) is out of sight in this view on the fender wall tucked under the body lip. Yes, a Fuji, and yes, I cried when I wrapped it, but that solved the a/c overheat switch problem completely. It's now almost cold in there at full temp. ALL new wire (including the 20 miles worth for the damned gauges) is in conduit. Worst part: Doing this on a carport over winter (even in Georgia).

^I meant to say something to you about this at the NASH meet.........I was digging the side skirts you had on your ride...........and the lip looks nice.
