Yea I realize 13.7 is high, I just remember reading he said he got the best results on a bolt on ve with that afr. I will try and find it, because I don't want to spread a lie.
Of course every motor is different..etc..

Yeah it looks like to much fuel to me. I thought you want 13.0-13.2 for na. don't take my word as gospel though I currently have no VE.

could be the cam gears, or that the custom header just isnt right for the VE. this is the trouble with custom stuff thats unproven.
The 2.5" exhaust wont help, FYI my setup thats similar to yours also makes peak power at the same spot, but drops off a little slower up top
