On another note, I've been watching this thread with great interest.

I've noticed lot's of trends, and a lot of fur flying, and egos taking a knock...

TY to BenFenner for summerising it like you have.

If it wasn't for that 'glitch' I would have been more convinced, it just doesn't look right I 'm sorry. I'm NOT saying that there was any intention of misleading or altering the figures at all!

I'm also saying well done on the build, and sharing your findings with the forum.

For me, I'd like to see this cars results on another dyno, and the results posted. That would make it seem more realistic to me, and have further credibility I'm sure.

Again I'm NOT KNOCKING what you've done, I'm gratefull to see some very positive results!

Keep up the good work guys, that's all of you.

Peace all,

Adrian

I cant understand whats the fas about those numbers. To me the total number says nothing, i dont care if it is 230-240-220. Its all about how the torque is spread on the powerband. If you can make a good amount of torque throughout the band youll make power if you make it lets say at 7.5k and below and after the torque is gone then youll make some decent numbers but the car will pull like crap. The dynos are as good as the tuner can understand them and finetune the car on the SAME dyno always. The dynos are good to compare gains or losses on a given setup prior and after the changes. If you change dyno you get different numbers its just a tool.Make a good setup and youll get good results make a crappy setup and youll get a crap.
Nicely VE built here keep the good job guys.

no, hopefully we can conclude it with the times. i think if this car is really making 231 and at about normal weight 2400, it should be in the 110-112 range. i really hope we get to see the slips...

Can't wait to see what the car will run at the track. Good stuff.

I think many will be impressed with the car when it runs.

I am 100% impressed with the 168 Lb Ft Torque. That says it all to me.

I also stick behind that 221 WHP.

I expect to see 109-110 MPH with that motor.

The car with that 168 Lb Ft of torque to the wheel will make this car one hell of a street car doing role ons from 30 MPH.

Even if it did say 221 there still would be sometype of crazy talk. With that much torque the car should be able to create that type of power. almost 20ftlb of torque compared to the regular 210hp 150 tq numbers most people make. could be 20/20 factor kicking in.
