exactly what i was thinking.

kesi and jun's first ve made what 215 if i rember correctly and that was yearsss ago.

now people are making close to that if not that with good parts and hours on the dyno tunning.

slap in pistons with a great header and even more knowledge of tunning these motors and you dont think another 15whp can be extracted.

what are you haters gonna say when jun posts up dyno numbers of his 2.4 ? u gonna call bs ? or when respect posts his up ? or dre posts his up ? or when charles gets around to putting his ve motor together ?

all you doubters are hindering the progression of our motors our communities and our leaders.

stratton.

Its funny how people enter on the forums and create so much doubt on the results of these kind of projects because some Dyno numbers.....
Jun didnt came here telling he builds the most power full VE's on the earth he just share a build here with forum members... And guess what they got great Dyno numbers and thats good... But at the end they are just that Dyno numbers and what its a Dyno? its a tool used to tune a vehicle an see the results of a good or bad tuning or result of parts installed and so on so on... So please stop hating..... jejejejejeje.....

I don't see whats the big deal? This is the reason why I never post dyno sheets..Fizal what they gonna say when we touch 280+whp?

There was VE's in CT/NY/NJ making 215+ years back but no one wanted to believe it. Just like they didnt believe there was a super-charged one making 300+ here in CT.

It is what it is...thats all I can say.

I have heaps of respect for Kesi & Jun & they may have stumbled across a real gem of a head. I will warn the rest of you out there that you won't make these numbers if you re-create this build because if these numbers are real, the chances of finding another head that flowed that much are virtually nil. You need headwork for this sort of horsepower.

My VE doesn't have any head work done to it, and it produced 196whp and 154tq, What #hp would it produce if it had N1 cams and Snicker's 4-1 Header??? I don't think he needs the headwork to produce those numbers
Keep up the good work guy's, track numbers will speak for them selves

Thing is on this forum and the other forum people have this "If it hasn't been done yet it can't be done mentality." It sucks. It really does.

When anyone from FL comes on here and posts dyno figures everyone and their mother starts the crap about "Oh your numbers are not corrected" but, when we go to the track our cars prove it. You can see it in our times and our MPH. I made 203 whp with my VE with SR16 non N1 cams when it was NA. I went to the track and on street tires I ran a 13.8 at 101 mph. According to people my numbers were off on the dyno. So if thats the case I ran better than most people on here with less power. If my numbers were off then damn somthing is really wrong with a lot of cars that make more power with " CORRECTED DYNO NUMBERS".

It just amazes me. **** like this is why people tend to keep a lot of information to themselves. I for one like many other stopped giving out info on SR forums many years ago. Then people wonder why some cars stick out more than others. Not only in the performance aspect of it but, in every aspect of the car game. A lot of you dudes need to stop reading between the lines so much.

I'm not going to lie, when I first read it I thought the numbers seemed over inflated, but all I have to compare to is corey 216whp, so to me 231whp seemed like a big jump from 216whp when the only real difference i could see was some high compression pistons and a different tune, but............ I can completely understand where everyone on the other side of the fence is coming from, because as I said the only thing I have to compare to is coreys whp (which IIRC is the next highest)
I mean why would Jun etc want to post when they get 6 pages of arguements as to whether the numbers are true or not. Whether they are true I don't know, I don't care anymore we will know when it runs at the track but I definitely don't think we should be pushing Jun and Kesi away just because we don't necessarily agree the numbers are real or not. We need people with this sort of knowledge to be active in the forum not chasing them away, otherwise how else are we going to be to benefit from there knowledge. We'll all end up stuck at 200whp N1 powered ve's because thats the most we believe is possible.
Also as I had pointed out to me Kesi was making some pretty trick headers a long time before charles started producing his ones for sale. So I imagine that kesi has learnt a few things in that time and his custom header has a few more tricks than they would be letting on.
