Finally getting dyno'd SR20VE-T
This forum and the locals (Slow96R, Jen36, and of course 87SENTRASE) have helped me so much with great prices and knowledge over the past few years and hopefully it will be shown today with dyno sheets.

The car has to get a new fuel pump as I THOUGHT when I had a turbo kit installed in 2005 when I first got into the performance thing (late bloomer :o), but I guess they felt the SE pump was good enough. (JGY=:mad

Anyways, there was a baseline pull with no tuning yesterday and they said the car was at 160whp, quite confused as the shop deals with SR20's and all but didn't expect that high on a stock motor.

So, the Walboro is on the way and will get there this morning sometime for them to install and finally start tuning.

I can't wait!!! I believe I will be ready for the convention early and hopefully I can enjoy this mid/upper-50 degree weather expected this weekend in DC!

Specs:
SR20VE motor
GTiR pistons/rods
555cc injectors
Stock ECU w/E-manage ultimate
MSD 8969
8cw crank
Calico & OEM bearings
GT28RS

I think it should make pretty good power & be some fun to drive with the disco on it..
good luck with it ..dont forget to post your dyno sheet too

555 cc injs are good for 360 WHP at 3 Bar 44 PSI hose off, so maybe have them raise the fuel presure up to 4 bar 59 PSI hose off which would be good for 420 WHP.

I predict

310 WHP & 260 Ft Lb Torque at 10 PSI
360 WHP & 330 Ft Lb Torque at 15 PSI

What turbo manifold are using?

did they make sure the manifold pots lined up to the head by doing some portmatching or atleast drilling out the holes 1/8 lower and raising the manfild up a bit to line it up.

I did that last month myself. I drill a tad extra out. I believe it was from about 11 o'clock to 4 o'clock where it was hanging over.

But yes, that's done as I matched the exhaust gasket to the head and then did the manifold.
