T25 vs VVL depends on the driver if both cars are stock.

t25 vs stock ve t25 wins unless the driver is a mentally retarded. DET will beat stock ve unless the person has a severe lack of driving skills or the det has serious tuning or mechanical problems. Sorry guys, im not a traitor, i love my ve. I just acknowledge that turbo is superior.

MY VVL after changing out the strainer for fuel pump n fuel filter hauls ASS.

vvl turns on, you get pushed back, then you realize the leather.

Idk, at the convention, I ran with 2 turbo cars and one was a .1 faster than me and the other was a .1 slower than me.

I'm getting old, I don't like having to get dirty every other weekend. I like my VE.

Yea, and my DE pulled on a heavy ass 1.8t audi. Doesnt change the fact that the t25 sr20det on stock boost runs high 13's where as a stock ve runs high mid to high 14's.

Its a simple matter of math. Same driver, same chassis, same track, same temp, ect.

B13 chassis + DET is about 2400lbs w/ 210hp208tq roughly. Correct me if im wrong, im just estimating.

B13 chassis + VE is about 2375lbs w/175hp145tq roughly yet again.

Thats easily enough difference to make a difference.

I never knocked on a VE. The motor is badass. I just said a simple fact that I would like to run one since people think that T25 cars are so slow. I think its mainly on the numbers from the track that matter most. Who cares about the power. A driver with 400whp could run a 13.5 while another guy with a similar vehicle would run a 12.4 with 250whp. Drivers make the difference. I am more than confident that a T25 with the right supporting mods would give a heavy, properly modded VE a run for its money. Eh, i'm done lol. Anyone interested in finding out? Lock it the fuck up!

Who the hell has a bone-stock VE swapped into their cars? Or a bone-stock sr20de-t for that matter? Nobody.

i do ... i love it... power is great... and pretty much want to stay all motor..
at most i'd do is eventually change to 16 cams.. (maybe).

we need to concentrate our power both N/A and turbo so we can put the smack down on honda's at the track...(coughing) rather than in house fighting.
i'm sure you all watch Pinks.. they had an all out episode. do you realize the only import car to make it past the first round was lonely civic crx with a fat turbo on it? i hate honda's but i respect that guy... he was amongst beasts of V8's. i'm saying to myself where the hell are all the turbo nissans? perhaps there might be an all out import episode. anyhow those of us who drive ve we gearing to put the smackdown on cats with n/a honda or v dub engines (v dub i do respect!) so i expect you turbo dudes to gear up and put the smackdown on turbo honda's and etc...
