Thread: So what are all the options? Never seen it laid out...

Alright well most of them are helping out a lot so far...

This is what im going to shoot for.
Calum RT
AFC Neo for fine tuning
N1 Cams with Adj gears
Header is still undecided...
The intake peice i have right now for the WAI is off a AEM CAI for a 01 2.0 (ill probably make it complete for the CAI
Exhaust is already done just have to get rid of the cat.


and we will see from there...maybe a 55 shot.

Evan- its that same VE you came over and messed with the switches at daniels house when we couldnt figure it out, the NX2000 with the b13 front end.
That body is in his garage he picked up a clean NX, put the VE in it, and i traded him.
The b13 is in my garage waiting for boost now...


MAFS are the only thing i have no clue about besides evan having the problems with the N60, i think thats what you were using..

lightweight flywheel might be in the future but we just finished swapping it from auto to 5spd and dont feel like taking the tranny off again lol..

I dont think you need a AFC neo if you have if you have a Calum Realtime. When you get your ecu stuff in I can come over with my n60 maf and if you program the ecu properly I think it will work ok. I dont think a drop in bin. will work with an n60 maf adjustment need to be mad on the ECU I think.

So now you have two cars?

I've never had a problem with an N60 MAF. Turbo and VVL.

What what ecu or piggyback are you using?

98-99 Pathfinder MAF, HS WAI, N1s, JWT ECU, Fuji header, 3"exhaust. MAF works great, no issues with MSD 8969 switching at 5.5K. Eventually will get a Calum Realtime, have the Freak header that will go on this spring. JWT cam gears set at +2.5/-2.5. Lots of peeps using the N60 MAF with no issues, not too many using the Pathfinder MAF. DE MAF will support 200+ WHP so it's still a no cost option until you decide to upgrade it. Good to see more VEs in the desert. G20 Budo has a Calum RT w/VVL activation and has seen very good results fine tuning with a wideband. He may have a connection here in Phoenix that may be able to manufacture some VVL cam billets so we can make custom grinds with Chuck's help (Snickers). We'll keep you guys posted as more info develops.
