+5/-5 here with N1's. everything else being=these cam settings allow the peak power to be reached at a lower rpm and maximizes low-midrange torque. good for everyday street driving. power starts falling off~7200 with the fuji header. don't get me wrong, she's still whippin' ass @ 7600+.
before my next dyno i'm gonna try another setting, maybe +2/-3. i'm looking for peak power @ 7600-7700.
tuning with cam gears takes time. just gotta define your goals and go from there
