Thread: SR20VE 4-2-1 "budget" header

There has been enough time/energy and money spent by ASP on getting dynos done for people. buy a header and dyno it yourself.

I don't remember SSAC dynoing a header yet you still want to buy it...

this is out of control. Toss that ****ing SSAC and get this. If it makes more power than a Gen 6 and Fuji's then it will rape the POS ssac. Do you really need more info than several testamonials, several dynoes, pics, videos? maybe your just cheap....

I agree, this header has proven itself over and over again. The only advantage of the ssac is that it is cheap, that is it. The comparsions against headers that are superior to the ssac have been done, what is the need to do a ssac. This header is the best header for the money that is out there, hands down. There aren't that many people that put time and effort into making a new header design for our old engines. Support the community if you need a new header, not China.

i support the forum and snickers 100%..... but yall just disowning the ssac like th eplague or something.....come on man..... most of us has been with the ssac and if that what u can afford then thats how it is......i still running the ssac and yall hurting ma feelings ragging on it like this..... asp headers rock no doubt but easy on the ssac ppl

I am trying to organize another second group buy because I think there is enough interest.

sr20ve-t and ser007 I have to dig out the badges and get em in the mail. There are a total of 4 headers I think that I forgot to badge up....

I know of one person that has a budget header and he is making in the area of 23whp GAIN over a SSAC header. I'm waiting for him to finish tuning the car and I will post up the findings.
