I believe the dyno in this thread a few pages back on a stock 91 se-r with cat and factory exhaust was a 24 or 25 whp gain. That's just from the header on a STOCK car. I'm not aware of another single mod aside from NOS and a -T that has anything close to that much improvement whp wise for a stock sr20.

If that's too much I've got a nearly new K&N FPIC that's good for 8hp supposedly I'll sell you $85 shipped.

After this set of headers I wont be offering the formed collectors. At this point I'm not really anyways. With more tuning, there is more power to be had with the full merge over the formed collectors. I am not going to post every dyno run on each car explaining the gains and what was done. There is more to the full merge collectors over the simple 5-6whp gains here and there.

yup, yours includes the full merge collector...

Just FYI to everyone I have shipped about 14 headers total so far and a lot more to come tomorrow hopefully.

I also accidentally sent a header to the coaters that wasnt supposed to go so I have a Black Ceramic coated header, Merge collectors, 2 bolt flange with FRONT o2 sensor. If someone wants this header, let me know.... I PM'd a few of you that have the same header or something similar. PM me if you are interested.

stock exhaust

stock air box
165,000mile spark plugs
stock ecu,
stock
stock
stock

only changes was i reset ignition timing to around 20 degrees cause it didnt want to run right...

i had to do several runs because the ECU kept pulling timing and or fuel out for some reason so i had to get it set so it wouldnt do that. then i got 3 runs identical....

The test header is also in another state on another car as well to be dyno'd

A lot of the dyno's are not SAE so its hard to compare setup to setup. I have seen 240whp on the dyno that I use from a 2.0L SR20VE setup, stock bottom end.

wow, thats awesome. i know this is kinda thread jacking but damn, id like to see what you had on that motor...
