Dam where the hell have I been. Haven't looked at this thread since the first day it was posted. I will hold off for now and wait to see how everyone likes the header. Guess I'll be sticking with the 2 Fuji headers for now

why? Its not a equal length turbo manifold.

Runner #2 was shorter in the original, but in the second prototype with the full merge collectors, #2,3,4 are very close in length and runner #1 is longer than the other 3. this is because of the A/C line. I can make this header very close in length but then it will not clear A/C and then it will not clear stock radiator fans.

Charles, if we don't have ac or rad fans would it be hard for you to alter it for those without so it looks and is equal length? I understand what this entails but I figure I would just ask you, never hurts.

I can alter the #1 cylinder runner a bit to shorten the length up about 1-2" TOPS but if you went to sell it, you are limited to those it will work for. I will see what I can do to keep that runner shorter if possible but honestly, if i take 2" out of the runner length on that one runner, it probobly wont do anything for power loss or gains just based on what I know about these motors.

Snickers where do I send the money? PM me and let me know your address so that I can get the money off. I want one with a 02 sensor bung. Still debating on the Full merge collector. Also please let me know how much shipping will be to Raleigh NC27604 please.

^Johnny you like power, there should be no debate on the full merge. Include that in the fee with the O2 bung. If you are concerned about looks and heat, I would consider cermaic coating as well. This is what I will be getting.

Johnny,

You will want the full merge.

I had put together a list of the power outputs from the two dynos comparing merge with non-merge.

The top two is the non-merge run with percent gain and total hp gain under that.

The last two are the same table with the full-merge header.

For this chart, you can pretty much ignore the raw data (top two rows on each data sample) what we are looking at here is %increase, and actual increase because that data makes the dyno or correction factor much less relevant and allows you to truly compare the two styles of header. Also, check out on the far right the total "HP/TQ Gained" for the two different runs. Look at the increase for the full merge. It's undeniable buddy.

Disclaimer: I put these numbers together using my eyes. The chart below is far from perfect, many of the points might appear off or incorrect, I had to make do with what I had. For the purposes of this chart it would have been nice to have a bit more smoothing on the graph, but no big deal just keep it in mind when you are looking things over. I used a ruler and fine graphing lines to plot this table so it is really the best possible without real numbers.

The full merge will make more top end power than the dyno that I did with a few small tweaks. remember that those dyno's are untuned.
