I was referring to a comparison graph of merge to non-merge on the same motor.

the only "tuning" per say was adjusting the fuel pressureup 3psi which was the same thing I had done on the other header. no timing adjustments. I did play with the cam change points but I needed some odd rpm pills to get the graph to be the best but we only had even ones.

i want to get this header but i still have my de engine and only a 2.5 exhaust. my question is with a de engine with all bolt ons and s4 cams will this header give me gains smiliar to what you got?? i dont wanna go to 3in exhaust cause im happy with the 2.5 and i dont wanna spend more on another exhaust set-up. i dynoed at 162hp and it would be great if i could get to 170-175 hp

Okay, I was wrong. The dyno sheet I have has the same runs as the one Snickers posted, except that the numbers are actual instead of SAE:

Dynorun.040 (full merge): Power = 206.7, Torque = 158.2
Dynorun.039 (full merge): Power = 207.2, Torque = 157.8
Dynorun.026 (HS Gen6): Power = 194.1, Torque = 147.9

^You fully bolted right? I wonder what this header would do for you as well.

Personally, I think this header is going to kick ass on a great DE motor setup. Even a C3 cam'd motor. I think it would be great to see a comparison on a good DE setup.

damn, add a intake manifold in the mix and some tuning and you have a pretty lethal set up there, i reckon you could hit 220hp

Hopefully someone on the forums will at least get 220hp and then some this year. It can be done, probably has already but would be nice to see actual dyno #s with either the ASP 4-2-1 or the 4-1 header and the 20V/N1 cams with boltons and 3" exhaust and some kick a** tuning with a custom intake manifold. At least Charles has made it a bit easier to reach that goal. Thanks again from all of us for his hard work in making this possible.

Ric (Teal97) made 215 or so with a Fuji so Im willing to bet he will break 220 with this header.
