Thread: SR20VE 4-2-1 "budget" header

There's a lot more hp to be had here if I ever get around to tuning the maps.

I didnt have time to do any tuning even if i wanted to. I got on the dyno late, and they close at 7, but stayed till 8. If you look at the time of the runs, you will see that I was on there a little over an hour and that included swapping the headers.

Dont forget, this is through a FULL EXHAUST WITH A CATALYTIC CONVERTER

Right, I was stating that he made 205whp with the stock tune that calum gives out, which is really good and that there is a ton of power to be gained with a real tune for his car. I was wondering how he wasnt running lean up top using that tune, but I just saw your post above.

i think this is by far the best header for a bolt on ve! Where as your 4-1 header is better for the more serious builds

When mine arrive i'll post up a before and after, although it wont be a full test of the header as i'll be moving to a 3" exhaust and getting retuned...
