I'm happy to back him, seems knowledgable, the header looks good, and the price cant be beat (considering a set of off the shelf Fuji's is about the same).

CC details will be emailed later today charles.

People buy products all the time without proof. I make a header that KILLS everything else out there but 99.9% of everyone wont spend the cash on it whether or not they can afford it or not.

This header is priced super cheap as i have stated a few times. Once this first group buy is over, I may raise the price on it. If i get a chance to dyno both headers tomorrow and the results are really really good on one of them, then more people should jump in and put down deposits but i'm sure they wont.

I am going to build extra headers, but doesnt mean i'll sell them at that price.

That's why I was willing to buy one without any results and dyno it myself, I have complete faith in him. If for some strange reason the header made equal or less power than my ssac, I have no doubt in my mind that he would redesign it. After all of the work he has done over the years, it's not like he is just throwing something together without any knowledge to back it up, and the majority of the people on this forum should know that by now.

Any pictures of the full merge collectors?
I'm assuming there would be three dual collectors.

I've never ONCE questioned your enviable knowledge, expertise, and skills; and I can't see me starting any time soon. At the price these are a bargain to be had by the fortunate.

I am VERY interested in these headers, especially considering that they're pretty much custom for each person (within reason, i.e with / W/O O2 bung etc...)

BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT!

Due to the current exchange rate from NZD to USD add to this shipping, and the TAXES and duty whacked on at this end these become expensive for me FAST!

I'd have given you a deposit instantly if the ER was more favourable, and shipping not so restrictive.
Believe me!
This looks like an offer well worth the coin!

I wish you, and anyone that gets a set the best of luck; meanwhile I'll just sit here and watch the dyno figures get higher and higher wishing that I HAD sold my soul to the Gods of motor vehicles, long ago...

I already make a bad ass turbo manifold for the FWD T2 flanged setups. I have several T3 manifolds that I make as well. they are all built to suit. Most people dont want to pay what they are worth so I dont make many of them.

The T2 version I make is better than any others out there because you can run a Inconnell BB37 or a GT3071R with the full 4" inlet housing bottom mount and clock the turbo outlet to face down and they all clear the block and radiator just fine. Tell me another T2 bottom mount you can do that with.

I have a very very tight radius bend die that I may be able to use to make some shorty turbo manifolds but its so far down on my list of things to do that i'm not really even worrying about it right now.

These headers for hte B series are being mass produced everywhere. I think Hytech started this design and then everyone followed suit and copy'd him. Now they are being sent to china and copy'd over there. I actually make a B series 4-1 header that kills all of these tri y's but its $1350 and the replica's are in the $400 range. And as always, people love supporting china's economy more than our own.

That header is a 304SS one so visually ofcourse it will be different because of the material, but yea, you get the idea on what the collectors will look like.

Hey Charlres its Dexter, dont know if your remember but anyways... Do your t2 flanged manifolds retain stock location as well. IE i want to be able to use the intercooler piping, 02 housing and downpipe that I currently have (which is a W10 set up with VRS 3" DP) ?

What is the range for a manifold like that with external WG (38mm Tial) $700-$800. If so I will definately be in touch with you about it, because I am trying to run a either a gt2871r or a gt3071r without changing anything except my manifold and wastegate.

Thanks

I've only made 3 so far and the last one that I made for someone i messed 2 of the runners up just enough that the whole thing is junk. The ONLY was I will make those manifolds is for $850 paid in full upfront. I do make a stainless steel down pipe 3" that bolts to the stock cat location for another $550 if purchased at the same time as the manifold. the DP built at a later date will be $750.

I just got a very tight radius 1 5/8"" bend die on a 1 3/4" radius. yes, 1 3/4" radius. thats very very VERY tight. Most 1 5/8-1 3/4" are on 2.5-3" radius. I am trying to get some .95-.105" wall material to bend with it. If that is the case, I will be able to make these manifolds, or something very similar, for possibly 1/2 the price but I wont know for a while. I want to get the headers going and done first.

I do make top mount T3 manifolds from 1 1/4" and 1 1/2" pipe. These range from $750-900 on average. I also make these in T3 divided flange as well. I can do T4 on request but the price depends on the turbo used and full application as fitting these in the engine bay is a bit more of a job.

If I had the cash I would deffintly cough it up, but being a college student is hard haha If you end up getting getting that material please let me know. Also I have a GT28R so I need to use T2 flange. And would like it to clear the block with a 2.5" adapter on it, **** is a tight fit in there. I love the way you manifold looks, I'm just sorry I can't afford it . But please let me know if you get this up and going.

Dexter, so you got boost now eh? driving good i hope?

The VET runs a little different location than any of the other manifolds. You can rotate the turbo outlet down and run a 4" comp inlet on the 3071. The VET manifold with a U12/13, W10/11 and GTiR o2 housing will work, you just may have to slightly reposition the down pipe 3 bolt flange. It should be very close to working, or you will just have to cut and reweld the down pipe flange back on. The u12/13 and w10/11 o2 housing will fit better than the GTiR one.
