Thanks man it is at my homies house that I currently live at and is a sick ass shop.. the garage is actually in front of the shop ahah. Was going to put the springs/retainers/n1's in but don't have an air compressor in the shop yet so we decided to just throw the ve in stock for now.

nice swap man. i'm not too sure whats best ve gapping either. mine are at .41 (out of the box).

thanks for the post. This is a good comprehensive and simple install assit. My SR20DE is literally half way out of my engine bay as I was being stubborn and kept the tranny on, so I will need to unbolt the tranny and take the motor out that way. The SR20VE is sitting right next to the car along with some N1 cams. I'm going to retain the stock springs, as I don't see the need to go past 8k rpms.

nice write up and pics man!
in the oil filter pic i noticed the 15208-9E000 filter. just an fyi,...the one for the usdm lowport DE (15208-65F00) is ~1/2" shorter, has the same threads, gasket and is easier to fit in there

use the oil filter from the 3.5 motor
