Thread: Oil pump drive/spacer 8cw crank

Just want to confirm. The oil pump spacer that make a vvl pump fit on a de/t, is it the same as the oil pump drive on the ve 4cw crank?

If so then I can just swap over the oil pump drive from the 4cw to the 8cw correct?

When I rebuilt my engine with an 8cw crank I had to swap this spacer over, so yes I think it's safe to say that's what you need to do to get the VE oil pump to fit.

I used the VE stuff on the 8cw crank on my rebuild.
