honestly he had them up there and despite all the no dont do it its gonna look horrible, they actually look pretty good. i mean red and blue go together as far as thats concerned but yeah we all thought it wouldnt mix but we were wrong, it actually does, youll just have to wait and see when they are on the car with some tires.

well sorry for not updating this for a while but parts have been taking forever lately, haha, but the good thing is the motor is fully together minus the Gspec pullies, thats all we are waiting on now. The header is on the way and should be here today. I went ahead and degreed the cams being everyone with ve's with n1 spec cams whether built or not made quite a bit more power with them degreed. So i went with +2.5 on the intake and -2.5 on the exhaust. This should still allow the motor to make peak power at around 8200rpms but give it a nice bump down low and up top. So ill start with that and see where we are at.

Ill take some more pics this week. The motor should be in the car by the end of the weekend and possibly running and driving as well as long as the pullies get here. So expect mucho pics and maybe a vid of the beast running by the end of the weekend. Moring star took some pics so maybe he can post them up. haha

Did those cams come with degree card? If not get the specs. from the manufacturer. It's in your best intrest to do so, that's your starting point.

X2. I know that they made the same power as the N1's with pretty much the exact same powerband, but that doesn't mean that they used the same centerline etc.

A little update, ill put some pics up tonight as well. The motor is in the car but we are still waiting on the gregv pullies and also a rear motor/tranny mount bracket as for some weird reason the one we had got misplaced. Who knows.... Anways Thats about it. We ordered a bracket that will be here Wednesday and hopefully the pullies will be here this week. Then the car will be good to go and hopefully a dyno session next weekend for sure. Ill post up some pics tonight late. Keep an eye out.
