SAFC 2 settings on DE ECU?
I will be using a DE ECU, DE MAF or VE MAF, and VE injectors for my SR20VE. I have the following
N1 cams
WAI
SSAC 2.5
2.25 exhaust

Does anyone have SAFC 2 setting for the fuel correction and MAF's HW In and Out settings?
I have a wideband, but sure would help with a good baseline settings on the SAFC 2. Of course I am responsbile to run whatever settings you provide and will probably raise coupel % higher.

Thanks advance!

Its all in the manual man

I don't remember what mine is at, but I think it was in manual.

Your baseline is straight 0's or a tiny bit rich. It's not much to tune on a DE (I have the same setup lol).

Of course if you have the VE stuff you may have to figure it out yourself but SAFC is the easiest of easy, so don't worry. Good AFR for NA is around 13 I believe.

baseline would be 0's even with the N1 cams? I am planning to activate around 4900rpm for both intake and exhaust cam, so wouldn't I need to add some fuel just before 4900 rpm? If I use the VE MAF instead of DE, will I see additional gains?

thanks

Sorry, by baseline I meant just start there and check your wideband before changing stuff. You'll probably have to add some fuel to get your AFR's into the best power range yeah. You'll be able to see if it starts to lean out and thats when you want to add more fuel. Or if you don't want to do that, I currently have a really basic tune of 2% gain on airflow reading for high throttle and 1% for low just to keep it a bit rich and my AFR's are around 13-14 most of the time that way.

oh ok, thanks, I'll start with those settings. Do you also have the N1 cams? How do you like them? I would expect about 10whp gains throughout mid to upper range?

you cant leave your settings 0 accross the board when using 333cc injectors on a 259cc injector ecu, for one the 333cc injectors are 23% bigger than the stocks. So for two a ve is higher compression so you are gonna wanna leave some extra fuel below the vvl point. so i would say take away around -19% accross the board on your high throttle setting, then at your vvl point i would still say take away about about -5% or so and go from there. now your low throttle setting i would do -20% accross the board maybe -15% where your vvl triggers. Those settings should make some good power and good drivability and good gas milage, if you leave it at 0 and then add fuel you will be running rich as hell. Try those. and make sure you set up your NE points according to match your vvl trigger.

thanks...what is the setting for VE MAF? I wonder if i'll gain anything going to VE MAF. I think the DE MAF is good for 240bhp? I should be seeing about 225 to 230 bhp.
