I have received an email from JWT today and the told me that they are still working on their cams and testing them so I guess the cams will be available in the future but they told me the same thing in the past and we are still waiting for the cams.

but like u said, they've said that before. it wouldnt be so bad if they at least released a couple blanks, but they wont even do that. its like a kid having the truck in the sand box but, but doesnt wanna share it OR play with it.

So can Kelford make cams that would benefit a stock 2.0L motor over the N1 cams? Lets say for example a daily driven vehicle with all boltons including a custom header? I want to hit 220WHP+ someday without opening the motor. I know of some people in the 210WHP range with the typical boltons and tuning... anyone care to share?

Miko, This might have been already talked about, But have you considered talking to Comp Cams for these custom grinds? Maybe see what they can do for you...

Daily driven is not the problem...durability in the 2.0L will be since the only way you will see those numbers is on a high comp. piston (sr16) and with a cam higher than the N1 (Kelfords) the power band is going to be the killer it will make you rev the life out of the engine.

a/c compressor can suffer from high revs and bearings...in my situation they have lasted over a year of hard 9.5k to 9.9k revving thanks God....now time for refresh

but anyways with OUT opening the motor just on bolt ons I really find hard those 220whp....

but the proven combo seems great all n1 16v parts on the 2.0L will get you on the 200-205whp ball park for a daily driver thats great IMO.
