16VE fuel rail..

on the ve fuel rail there are what looks to be 2 regulators theres one at cylinder 4 and one in the centre.. are they both regulators? if so which one gets pressure and which return?

the one nearest to the TB is the return.

One is a fuel dampner and the other is the actual regulator. The one connected to the fuel return hose is the regulator.
