Is this the same H23 that came in the Prelude Si? I was told those were none vtec.

My friend has an h22 on his ek and he just purchased the h2b plate for it. He says it's gonna make a huge difference with the b series tranny in it. There are alot who have done this mod and hit 11's with this set-up N/A. Just go with and h motor with a b series tranny and call it a day.
