im swapping a ve into a 99 g20t and running a b14 jwt ecu im thinking ill have to re-pin it for the o2 sensor but will i have to swap o2 sensor, reverse line on egr solenoid,and unplug evap sensor?

So I just finished the install. 99 p11 auto harness and ecu into a 00 manual p11. I added in the rear o2 harness pins 52,110,112; swapped the interior wires. Crank but no start, no fuel. Even if i apply power to the fuel pump directly still no start. What am I missing?
