So, I have some clues. Some variables for you fellows to digest.

1. Ignition timing that is the perfect number... lets say you are at dynojet. Wide open...

Driver's side bearing, speedo gear and gear retainer were purchased from Amayama. Passenger side bearing was purchased from a local parts store.

Got a shipping confirmation yesterday on the bearings and drive gears. Should take them 10-14 days to come in from Japan.
