that T2 mani is looking spot on.

these things are so tough to do a ramhorn and keep the stock flange location.
that prototype looks like it will spool any T2 turbo up off idle.
haha

The GTiR stock location mani will probably not have the option for an external wastegate off the manifold for the first iteration. I should be able to add that option in the future, but I will have to do a some more design and engineering. The materials for the prototype are scheduled to arrive by Fri. This weekend I can figure out how long it will take to fab the mani and what the cost will be.

I had to order a few more materials for the manifold. I needed transitions for the head flange and decided to use a double slip fit collector....they were ordered this week and they are scheduled for delivery by mid next week. I'll try and crunch the numbers here shortly.

Let me know man I'm really interested...I would love to pay a fellow forum guy than someone else...also can you put a 38mm ext gate on the side of where the alternator is for me...I'm mounting alternator in back....lmk know what the cost will be...I got a local shop quoting me $700 start to finish for a external gated t2 ramhorn..this is there work

Will do. The target price for this manifold is going to be between $800-$1000 for the stock location GTiR turbo position with the heim jointed bracing. Adding an external wastegate will up the price and I would need to figure out what it would take to design that in to the manifold.

$700 is pretty good for a custom manifold...I'm assuming it will be fabbed from thick wall pipe, so you shouldn't have any problems with longevity if it is built correctly.
