Once it's in the car I'm not touching it

What's your schedule options? I take it you will be using sch 10 for regular, sch 40 for reinforced and something 16 gauge for light weight?

I would be more inclined to go with sch40 for long lasting crack prevention.

schedule 40 304L stainless runner/collector/wg material and 1018 head/turbine flange material is the plan for now. once it's dialed in, the plan is to offer 321 or even higher grade material tubing options.

a divide housing will be an option for T3 housings...a T4 housing might fit too, I'll check before I yank the motor from the car.

had some time to tweak the manifold a lil bit today...

priority wastegate placement off the collector elbow is starting to take shape. the pic shows placement. we will use a tear drop style port for the final design...boost control will be no problemo

here's a possible option for the thermostat housing hardline. this will clear the manifold, wastegate/dumptube, turbo intake, and charge pipes for this setup. it can be modded to clear other setups as well if that's what you guys need.

this mani also allows you run an up-pipe through the hood...i might do this in the b13

nice good deal, that t-stat hardline looks like it'll work real well.

Never fail to impress, NICE!

Wouldn't there have to be alittle flex in the hardpipe for the thermostate. Thinking something would go wrong with the radiator shaking and the motor moving.

thanks

yes, the hardline should definitely have a little give/misalignment built in for motor movement. the pics above are just some parts i threw together trying to get a feel for what it will look like. the hardline line will use at least one if not more silicone couplers to fasten it to the motor and rad...which will allow for enough flex to keep it leak free.
