When I did my LCA bushings a couple years ago I had to cut everything off as well. Absolutely nothing else would work. I'm so happy now that I think just about every bolt on my damn car that is prone to seizing up has been replaced with new hardware, and had anti-seize slathered on there.

I stock materials and build them as needed, just let me know when you're ready.

Finished up another set of P10 lcas this weekend...also working on a P10/P11 on car adjustable front upper control arm design. I should have a CAD design near completion in the next couple of weeks.

Speaking of G20s...I started roughing out a model in solidworks tonight for an easily adjustable front upper control arm design, they look promising

i remember there was an issue with using spherical joint in the P10 front UCA, i forgot the reason. you should post on g20.net. there's only 1 guy making Adjustable UCA's
