that sure does free up a lot of space! I have an old school 2 bolt flange TiAL 38mm that I can use for mock up...I'll test fit it with a housing when I build the next housing.

Here's the initial configuration of the divorced wastegate side exit exhaust. 3.0 in. tubing w/ a small mufller for the turbine flow and 1.5 in. tubing for the wastegate flow.

Bumper trim plate idea...If I could personalize bumper exhaust exit trim or hood exit exhaust trim plates, what would yall like the design to be?

Just an idea:
"Caution: Open Flame"

Would you consider a design without the waste gate...just a 3" exit?

Thanks! I've definitely thought about incorporating a cutout valve into the side exit along with "y-ing" into the stock exhaust. There is plenty of room...just need to find a cutout that works well. I have some issues in the past with them not sealing all the time.

I plan on designing the trim plates so that they can be personalized and are built to fit the customers setup. We are in the process of setting up a CNC plasma table which will make this a possibility.

Here's a few pics of the progress on the build over the last couple of weekends.

Light weight dimple die'd bracing for the tubing

Shot from underneath the front end

Tweaked the trim plate a little and made it a bit more symetric with less rivet holes

Up next will be supporting the tubing using some adjustable heim joints that run from the motor/block...should work great!

This beauty is finished and ready to go minus the trim plate.

Here's the beginning of the brace that mounts the exhaust to the block. It's super light weight, uses rod ends, and can be adjusted for pre-load.

This is rather cool. Did you finish the bumper plate? I'm curious.

They were linked from the facebook page which changed for some reason...I'm going to have to dig for them. I'll upload the pics to my site and update the links.

Not yet. I have CAD design finalized which could cut at any time. However, I picked up a PlasmCam CNC table a few months back and plan on using it cut this plate out. I'll also be using it make other cool parts for our cars

Here's a pic of the table after I unloaded from the trailer...I might need a bigger garage!
