Sounds good I'll start getting that other housing in order tomorrow, I've been at work Mon-Sun the last couple of weeks.

In a reroute or dump

I would rather design a mounting adapter for the Turbosmart adjustable wastegate actuator. Turbosmart Adjustable Internal Wastegate Actuator On a Garrett T25/28 internally gated turbine housing, turbine bypass aka wastegate flow is limited by the diameter of the bore that the flapper seals. If I can get the turbosmart actuator to fit, it would work just as well as the pictured external wastegates....and would probably be less expensive

I'd love to see you make a bracket for that turbo smart internal wastegate....I only suggested the dsm one only you can hog out the interal wastegate hole on turbine, cause that's normally what dsm guys do,port it to 38mm

If you machine the bore to match the 38mm valve, then it would work great! Space around the alternator and AC compressor would be tight though. If I can get the bracket to work with this actuator, then you wouldn't have to machine anything. I'll see if I can get my hands on one of these and see what's possible.

PM replied too

Something I've been working on when time permits...a new screamer bumper exit design. The main exhaust will be 3.0 in. and the wastegate exhaust will be 1.5 in. out of the passenger side bumper. The main exhaust will have a short "muffler" as well. I plan on drawing a slick trim plate to match the bumper cut out which will probably be machined via waterjet or laser.

Figuring out the angle of the dangle...

Short mufflers.

I go the route of boring out the flapper hole to 38mm....I will be moving the alternator to the back so plenty of room...and I got rid of ac yrs ago

that sure does free up a lot of space! I have an old school 2 bolt flange TiAL 38mm that I can use for mock up...I'll test fit it with a housing when I build the next housing.

Here's the initial configuration of the divorced wastegate side exit exhaust. 3.0 in. tubing w/ a small mufller for the turbine flow and 1.5 in. tubing for the wastegate flow.

Bumper trim plate idea...If I could personalize bumper exhaust exit trim or hood exit exhaust trim plates, what would yall like the design to be?

I love the idea of the front bumper exit...with a little sentra E exhaust hanging in the back

I've also really wanted to incorporate an electronic butterfly valve....like this!
