I'm not sure I would be able to mod a unit that has already been welded. When I put these together, I tack the tubing and weld it together separately from the flanges. There isn't much room to weld the tubing when it's attached to the flanges.

Quick update, I'm measuring/mocking up the new screamer pipe design for the stock Bluebird/Avenir turbos right now. I want carry over the design for the GTiR stock turbos too. Anyone know if the turbine wheel diameter/housing bore on the GTiR turbo is the same as the Bluebird/Avenir?

Any videos or the stock type vs the screamer? I like the thought but not sure if the extra noise feasible for me

Here's the screamer...

And I am seriously contemplating selling my bellmouth for your newly designed screamer pipe. I would need to modify the outlet to get it out behind my skid plate though. The way you have it designed, it would slam into the skid plate...still tempted

The bellmouth/stock type will sound very similar to the OEM cast piece. I don't have any video to compare the two though.

Send a couple of pics of the skid plate over and we'll see what's possible.

Also, we just picked up a couple of turbine housings for design and fab work Customers will no longer need to send in housings in order to have parts built! We now stock the following housings:

-Garrett GT T25 flanged for 53.9mm turbine wheels (GT2860R, GT2860RS, GT2871R, etc)
-Stock Nissan GTiR turbine housings
-Stock Nissan Bluebird/Avenir turbine housings
