Very nice, a tip, make the 3-bolt flange out of the thickest stuff you can order...one I got from Aussie land was too thin and warped quickly...

How to angle the compressor away from the 02 housing in a B14

B13 AC line on a B14 compressor

Taking all this into account, I tucked the tubing as much as possible and actually freed up more room between the compressor and the 02 housing....not much, but every little bit counts. I'll take some comparison pics tomorrow, left my digi cam at home.

Preliminary pricing
SS=stainless steel MS=mild steel, ceramic coating recommended!

Bluebird/Avenir stock location 02 housing w/divorced waste gate
Screamer pipe SS=$260 MS=$225
Recirculated SS$=285 MS=$250

The recirculated design requires some additional material and is scheduled to be delivered this Friday with a possible prototype fabricated by Saturday.

Cool, I figured you knew what was up. Another option (the best IMO) is to use a '93 NX line to keep more clearance. There are lots of great pics and an explanation of how this works in this thread: http://www.sr20-forum.com/forced-induction-turbo/19989-ac-lines-turbo.html

I am so glad someone is finally following through on this, I tried to come up with a prototype years ago, but gave up because everyone wanted a/c and it was just too tight.

The 3 bolt on these is as thick as the OEM flange. We use this thickness on all our down pipes and they are good to go!

Bluebird/Avenir divorced waste gate w/ screamer pipe is complete!

Stainless steel version, fully TIG welded.

AC and Alternator friendly!

Turbine flow fully divided from waste gate flow

If you expand the non-wastegate pipe to fit sungly inside of the respective turbo, then that would seal well too, but you'd need a t25 and t28 to trim and fit the pipe, that would be best exhaust flow.

I am going to make a couple of mods to the part pictured....add an 02 bung along with a sheet metal brace that ties the screamer pipe to the exhaust pipe. This first one is yours , I'll let you know when it's done, most likely tomorrow.

I'm out of flanges. More scheduled for delivery by the end of next week. Your next on the list. I most likely will make these one at a time unless their is a large enough demand for them. If you prefer, I can send you an estimate which will convert into an invoice once the part is done.

That's something I might try in the future since I am in the market for a hydraulic swager/expander/tooling. Also looking for a GTIR mani and turbo for mockup. If any has one, let me know!

Yes, recirculated bluebird/avenir setup is next. Material will be here tomorrow, but I won't have flanges till the end of next week. I'll post it up as soon as it's done!

GTIR is in the works...I'm searching for a GTIR mani/jpipe/turbo now. These will all include a 18X1.5mm 02 bung. If anyone uses the "skinny" 02 sensor, you can also run it with an adapter.
