it will make other noises or exhaust leaks very hard to pinpoint, and be stinky and annoying

Love the progress.

Pencil me in for the first GTIR setup if it isnt already spoken for. PM me an estimated cost so I can have it set aside and ready for you when you get the prototype done.

Will do. Looks like I'll be able to borrow a GTI-R setup for mockup (thanks kaotekxe :bigthumbup, so it should be soon. If your GTI-R mani is still for sale, I'll take that too...I probably will need one on the shelf at all times. I have a couple of stock location manifold design ideas that I want to mess around with.

Added the 02 bung and a brace today. This one is ready to ship.

It is for sale still. I have 2 actually. You want the one with the heat shield or the heat wrap'd one? We can work out something for a discount on the finished product as a trade if you like.

Side note for my piece, I don't need an o2 bung in the jpipe itself. I run a standalone and have to put the wideband behind the motor closer to the cat. So that can save you some $$ and labor on installing it.

Right on...we are fabricating eng/trans mounts for a RB20 into that z and then a RB25 into another in a couple of weeks. After the mounts are done, we move onto the intercooler, intake plumbing, and exhaust fab work. After that, a couple of customers want turbo manifolds for the L28 turbo motor....it's datsun madness over here
