I know this is really something for an exhaust shop, but if I come in, can you make me a test pipe and fix my exhaust leak at the axle back?

00 2rz, the 4port. i may upgrade to a 8port motor.

02 housings are no problem, we just need to borrow a stock manifold/turbo for a little bit to mock everything up, figure out time/pricing and create fixtures.



Let me see what can be done. I have a few spare SR blocks/parts floating around over here that can be used for mock up. I could probably come up with a design that can be fabricated from plate then be bent or welded together creating the final part.



We do exhaust work all the time We fabbed a "budget" exhaust for a 280Z last week and just finished up modifying a scion TC cat back a few hours ago. Our exhaust prices vary depending on the customers goals. Let me know when you want to stop by.

Just got my hands on what I believe to be a OEM Bluebird manifold, turbo, and 02 housing combo for mock up. Question is, what is the difference between the placement of the turbo on this manifold vs the GTI-R vs the Avenir? Just wondering if a single o2 housing would fit all manifolds???

the only real difference is the angle that the jpipe goes off to (where it connects to the downpipe). t25 and t28 jpipes are different. BUT you can use a t25 jpipe on a t28 turbo and vise versa, as long as you have the matching downpipe to go along with it.

i personally think it would be cool to have a custom jpipe and downpipe combo. that will eliminate the mismatching problem.

or you would have to make 2 different types of custom jpipes so that people can match it with whatever downpipe they already have.

Wow that was fast!!! Avenir and Bluebird are the same I believe, Just the GTI-R is diff.

One of the shops down the street had the setup pulled and let me borrow it. I literally only had to walk a block to get it lol. I will pull it apart and start drawing the flanges tomorrow.
