K value help.
new forum....same old question. i'm having trouble figuring out k values for a 96lb injector/ lightning maf map. i asked on the other forum and was pointed to some links that would help. i read those links, however it still doesn't make sense to me. everytime i though i had it, my #'s never looked right. i would really like to get one of calum's ecu's when my engine is back in, but i would like to be able to tune it for the correct setup myself. any help is appreciated!!

If you can give me the injectors in cc and the peak hp reading of the maf i can get a rough k value. I don't think I have a vq map for the lightning maf though.

i will be using 1000cc injectors, and the lightning maf maxes out at around 700hp. any help you could offer is greatly appreciated.

If I am correct the only company that uses Ford Maf's its JWT
I think that its possible to get a correct K value not possible to get a correct maf VQ table for the ligthing MAf
You can try with a Q45 VQ table that its the Nissan bigest.. Maf or just get a Q45 Maf and I can give you a K value that I have for 1000cc and a Q45 Maf

iirc, the q45 maf flows as much air as the lighting maf. i will need to do some digging though. i may end up just getting a jwt ecu, burning the jwt tune on a calum ecu, and selling the jwt.

I think its just better to get a Q45 maf and sell the lighting one than get a JWT that you wont be able to sell after you get it without loosing a lot of money

A K value around 6FEB should work for a 1000cc inj and a 700 peak hp maf. Also if you want to buy a jwt ecu I have one kicking around lol...
