Thread: Anyone use Greddy E-M

just wondering if anyone has a greddy e-manage in their nissan. I just bought the "blue one"... anyone have some basic maps for a stock u13? hard to use? just some random questions... i will be getting the car dyno tuned by a shop with it

Its a piece of cake to use if you read all the manuals carefully.

I had the blue one in my turbo 91 se-r back in the day and made as much power with ALOT less mods than a JWT car.

Make sure you get the optional ignition harness and use a couple of those wires to controll the injectors. You'll understand when you do some more reading. You don't need to buy the injector wires. Use the spares from the ignition harness.

EDIT* heres a pic, see the plug, you only use like 2 or so (not many) IIRC wires from that to do the ignition. Take the remaining ones and use that for the "injector harness" as it goes into that same plug.

I use to have it on my old NX. It was very easy to tune with. I was using a wideband to tune with. I just keep leaning out the mixture until I was where I wanted. I didnt do to much with the timing. I already had the dist. rotated. But I did bump it a few degrees in some places where I thought there was a sleight hesitation. Worked great for me and was easy too.

i cant get the main unit setting changed unless im doing it wrong... anyone remember how to make and load them?
