yeah one of the two not 100% sure right now but I suspect rod bearing. Parked it after hearing what sounded like rod knock, and pulled the oil pan off to find bits of bearing material in the bottom. although TBH these bearings are only a bit over 3 yrs old and should not have failed, so at this point I'm worried about the health of all the bearings and more importantly the reason why it failed.
