kelford 184-c and ignition timing
I need to start modifying my timing and wanted to know your input, current tune is for a stock cammed 20ve.

First thing I need to do is increase resolution up to 9000 rpm.

I've set vvl activation to 5800 rpm since the original 4600 I had felt like it bogged down, it is still feeling kinda weird but I think it due to lack of timing advance (the reason I opened this topic)

Should I do a big increase after activating the big lobes?

Leave timing alone until you can get on a Dyno, no way to tell without feedback.

I agree, you'll have no clue before the dyno. None of us can help you either, since TP is so ridiculous to tune with across setups.

Use virtual dyno.

Good idea, I'll probably mix that with the butt dyno until I take it the real one .
