What amount would you need?

You can repin the MAF fairly easily if you say with E60/VE maf (Z32 and N60 are older pins, but could work).

Coolant sensor can stay the same, my OBD1 ECU is just as happy with the OBD2 sensor as it was with OBD1 one.

The real trouble comes from IACV. You need to extend 4 wires from throttle body to the other side of the manifold for the IACV.

Hmm, no way to make an adapter plate to relocate the iacv?

The IACV is built in to the TB, why would you relocate it?

not on the lowport manifolds. saying relocate that towards the RR area so no messing with extending wires.

If you take a broken IACV, you can solder some wires to the needed pins yup.

OBD1 and 16 bit OBD2 ecus can't use the Roller Rocker's IACV, it requires more power and has more adjustments in it, the ECU wont know what to do with it.

Isnt an OBD1 plug different than an OBD2 plug also? Wouldnt this still making it impossible to pass emissions in a state that does the OBD2 plug test as they communicate differently to the plug?

OBD1 doesn't even have an "obd2 diagnostic plug", so yes you will fail. No emissions no worries.

Did you actually end up using the AEM FIC?

Where you able to run a different MAF and larger injectors with it?

I am researching different setups for my 02 g20 sport. I feel like the only way to go is a calum and repin...

sell the 01 and get a 00. if you have a 2000 model, you can have 2 not readiness and still pass emissions.
