Intake manifold
He is there a difference in the sr18 and sr20 de intake manifolds when looking at it? this is mine

No Same Intake manifold for the JDM SR20/18DE. That is a RR intake mani, JDM from '97~

18 has green injectors, 20 has red.

Just use k series intake manifold,pistons and cams and him make 300whp

k what happened was i bought a car which was advertised to be an sr20 but was sr 18 and a week after the engine blew so i bought an sr20 black top uk spec (not sure of the difference) head and block but i wanna do sum upgrades and wanted to know if to get rid of that intake manifold *fairly new to sr20*

UK engine are 10:1 compression iirc . and use a lowport intake mani not a rr manifold. happynole used a modified ve manifold with good results.

Bare with me broi dont understand exactly what ur sayin is it that mine is not a uk because its a top bolted manifold? and not sure of the iirc n rr what u mean

highport =injectors on the top of the engine and throttle body on the bottom-

rr=roller rocker= looks like a lowport but with a horrible intake manifold lol

Nice great info bro really apreciate it, so lemme see chances are the sr20 intake manifold was installed with sr20 de head and block if thats compatable if not then its just the jdm sr20 de then? They say the uk spec has more hp than the other one not sure of the figures, just wish it had a eay maybe by engine code to know exactly what it is i have

the uk spec motor has a slightly higher compression ratio if I recall correctly
