the 20v cas is just a "prettier" replacement for the stock distributor. Yes you can use a 24:1 disc in it.

Yes, they offer two different size 24-1 disks. All nissan CAS' are either 50mm or 54mm. Just gotta put the right one in there.

As far as the phasing goes, it should be close like all the other ones but im sure it will change slightly. It will also change dependent on where the distributor position is. Even slight movement will equate to quite a bit of difference in the phasing numbers.

When using 20V CAS the spark teeth will b same as distributor (6)teeth or same as rwd sr20 (24) teeth + how is the ignition & injection firing order is it:
Ignition 0,18,6,12
Injection 12,6,18,0

That depends if you have 4 coils or single coil. If you have 4 coils then you would use 24 teeth, if you have 1 coil then use 6 teeth and 0's for the ignition order. as its only firing one coil ever 6 teeth count.

So I know old thread back from the dead but I am having a similar issue with injectors not being signaled to inject. Only the number one injector is functioning. I believe it has to do with the phasing, any help is greatly appreciated

Jay what CAS wheel are you using? And maybe let us know if you're using the distributor for ignition, or COP?
And do the appropriate base AEM calibrations get you all four injectors firing?

Distributor, and the cas disc that was supplied with aem30-6600. I have tried every appropriate base map, as well as two that were supplied to me by known tuners. Nothing

It is possible then that your injectors are faulty, or the injector wiring, or something internal to the EMS itself is fried.
Start ruling out potential problems.
