So I think many people might jump into this thread thinking, that title is dumb why would someone post a thread like this.
Hear me out.
I have a JWT tuned ECU I will be running on my daily turbo setup. My car will be set up with 370s @ 4 bar, and a z32 MAF. Boost will max at about 7 psi (for now).
So my question is more directed with switching from my chipped JWT ECU, back to a stock 96 G20 ECU, stock injectors, and stock MAF.
If I have both MAF connectors (sr20de maf connector and z32 maf connector) spliced into the same power, signal, and ground wires, should I expect any issues if I just have 1 maf connected at a time? I'm not trying to over complicate things, I just want to have stock components ready to swap over when I get called into the next state of IL required emissions test.
The car will always run with 1 maf, but splicing in both connectors should allow me to switch back and forth from different MAFs right?
